分子內分泌與基因調控

研究方向:

類固醇荷爾蒙分為三大類,主要由腎上腺皮質與性腺所分泌,參與水分與鹽類恒定、能量代謝、生殖與性別分化等生理作用。此外,周邊非內分泌組織,如小腸、神經系統,也會生成類固醇荷爾蒙,影響局部的生理恆定作用。本實驗室主要研究類固醇荷爾蒙生成之調控,將有助於了解荷爾蒙分泌異常之可能原因,以及在周邊組織參與的生理反應。

實驗技術:

  1. Molecular biology:cloning、DNA & RNA preparation、real time RT-PCR、Western blot、immunoprecipitation、gel shift assay
  2. Cell culture:transfection、immunocytochemistry、lentivirus shRNA
